There’s a distinct air of deja-vu about Microsoft’s recent Surface Tablet Tweet.

If word of the Redmond software giant is anything to go by, the new Surface 2 and Surface Pro 2 Tablets are about to become a lot harder to get hold of. According to Microsoft, both units are already in short supply which of course suggests demand has been exceptional.
